The Role


The Role


• Build indirect channels to match the defined target segments of the company
• Develop commissioning and co-marketing schemes, and negotiate with distribution partners locally and pan-regionally
• Manage the roll-out and training of channels
• Design and implement workflows and processes in all distribution channels and support functions to enhance productivity, operational efficiency and achievement of business plan targets.
• Manage the company logistics processes and logistics partners to ensure effective and cost efficient operations of logistics
• Identify relevant potential distribution partners to ensure coverage, and dimension dealer network to reach gross add targets

• Implementation and maintenance of company brand
• Management of all communications including advertising, promotions, events and sponsorship ensuring that all communications reflect and develop the desired positioning on the market
• Responsibility for the company website
• Optimisation of press, public relations and advertising, ensuring the most cost effective presentation of the company
• Define scope and objectives of any communication activity or promotion and submit the briefs to relevant external partner such as the advertising agency
• Forging and maintaining positive long term relationships with external partners, suppliers and clients
• Supervise the execution and quality of all communications activities

• University education is preferred

• Minimum of 3 years experience from mobile telecommunications operator/MVNO marketing function, including channel management, logistics, sales processes and sales administration.

• Oman experience will be an added advantage
