The Role
Assurance of PR contents of all particulars to simplify purchase of required material.
Assurance of proper distribution of PR's to concerned procurement office. Follow-up purchasing cycle ensuring all materials are received as per Z.O.C. requirements

Requirements
1. Supervises the inspection of the initial receipt of material purchased locally or
received from customs.
2. Directs the checking of materials in details to ensure receipt of correct material.
3. Assurance of all necessary information and particulars are contained in the PR to simplify purchase operation.
4. Handle and action immediately against MOR's received and report to insurance
company or suppliers by submitting supported documents.
5. Maintain up-to-date records for value of materials imported from abroad by air and sea freight and submit monthly statement supported with relevant documents to the insurance company.
6. Follow-up purchase activities through MMS module and issue periodic reports.
7. Produce presentation slides reflecting the activities of purchasing and materials department.
8. Keeping track of all current PR files.
9. Performs other duties assigned by superiors.

Zueitina Oil Company was established in 1986 as a Libyan incorporated company to carry out the whole oil operations which was started by Occidental International back in 1966, and had been nationalized in 1986.
The mandate of Zueitina Oil Company is to efficiently produce Crude Oil, Natural Gas and Condensates at a minimum cost, with an optimum recovery, and with a great emphasis being placed on environmental and reservoir protection.
The Company is currently handling up to 20% of the country's Oil and Condensate exports.
Zueitina Oil Company also enjoys the competitive advantages of having a fully developed infrastructure, from Drilling to Terminal Facilities, and employs a dedicated team of experienced and highly qualified engineers and technicians.
