The Role
1- Work with Senior Manager to deliver the set annual revenue target from the programme in the operating centres.
2- Achieve the set target for the line item for the year with in each operating centre.
3- Assist in expanding opportunities in the retail area's of each operating centre, with a view of growing business.
4- Work with the Admin team to ensure timely dispatch of documents to clients based on the deal forms.
5- Ensure that all dues are collected in a timely fashion.
6- Ensure that the company's vision is properly followed and applied to each deal and that proper paper trail is maintained on every deal.
7- Create new client relationships in the market in order to grow client base resulting in direct business growth.
8- Train and assist in developing team members in the promotions area with a view of them independently handling deals.

- extensive experience in retail especially malls
- some knowledge of business development
- excellent communication skills
- leadership skills
- well organised and able to meet deadlines
- strategic and analytical thinking
- English is essential, Arabic preferred
This position will involve traveling.
