Job description / Role
Our Client, A top practice based in Dubai is looking to recruit an experienced legal secretary to join their existing team.
Duties will include:
- Providing full support to assigned lawyers.
- Preparation, typing and amending documents and general correspondence
- Filing of documents and correspondence.
- Monitoring of AML(Anti Money Laundering) for lawyers monthly.
- Drafting, preparing, amending and finalising client bills.
- Answering telephone and dealing with queries.
- Booking/arranging national and international travel and preparing of full itinerary for lawyers.
- Scheduling meetings. Booking conference rooms with notification of required facilities.
- Miscellaneous duties that may from time to time be required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-10 years experience within an established Law firm
- Must be based in Dubai
- Experience of working within the Middle East
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Personable and willing to work as part of a team
