International Corporate Lawyer

Job description / Role

* A leading Saudi family conglomerate are currently seeking an international corporate lawyer.
* This is a new position that will evolve over time. Reporting to the VP Finance, this person will have a two dimensional role: 1. Looking after the personal interests of the family and 2. managing the legal affairs of over 200+ businesses. Internationally the organisation has interests in Europe, the US and the Middle East - it is essential that this person has previous international exposure and the ability to put together a team of external legal counsel.

Requirements

* Must be a qualified lawyer with 5 + years experience within a corporate international role.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A legal generalist who understands the complexities of working with multiple organisations.
* Ability to bring people / departments together in order to form a shared understanding of the legal process / remit.
