Job description / Role
Local Business Unit Manager
Reports to Local Division Manager
Build skilled and aggressive team to reach fast, profitable growth of drives and controls business directly locally and indirectly globally.
N.B. Only persons with 10-12 years motor and generator experience will be considered for this role
Must be fluent in Arabic & English
Must be a graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Main Responsibilities:
LBU P&L responsibility
Responsible for developing LBU product and service marketing in the sub-region
Develop local sales engineering, support and service capability to support business growth locally and globally
Responsible for the local Machine workshop
Develop the Workshop network strategy to support customers and their business in the regions
Build LBU management team to run product and service sales, operations
Adapt global BU strategies in local environment and implement
Support global BU marketing initiatives to enable sales through OEMs and EPCs to the region
Support developing DM sub-region strategy
Support developing KSA country service and DM service strategies for Saudi Arabia
Manage recruitment and talent identification process
Work together with other LBUs and divisions to support developing business across Saudi Arabia
Assure ethical, compliant and safe work
