Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Schedule the activities of Drafting section.
- Provide feedback to Management regarding staffing requirements based on department schedules and loading.
- Assist the Department Manager in accomplishing department schedule.
- Standardizing the daily activities of CADD section (border, cells, styles, etc.).
- Ensure the implementation of Quality Procedures in the CADD section.
- Provide feedback to Management regarding requirement of new software or modification of existing software.
- Advising Department Manager of necessity of overtime to meet department milestones.
- Utilizes technical manuals and directives to establish processes and procedures for compliance with codes and company policies.
- Works with CAD team to monitor compliance with CAD Standards and provide technical guidance to CAD technicians
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Requirements

- Engineering diploma (or equivalent)
- 15years of experience and has good knowledge on AutoCad, Microstatiosn softwares, etc. has worked as Senior CAD Supervisor on civil infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, storm & waste water etc.), with very good understanding and skills in developing CAD manuals, resources plans, CAD work delivery Plans, and managed a team of 30 to 40 CAD specialists in engineering / construction firms.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
