Land Surveyor

Job description / Role

Objective: To provide support to the Project Management Team

Main Responsibilities:

1. Perform duties related to land surveying for identifying land ownership and property boundaries.
2. Conduct records management activities and perform historical and legal land ownership research.
3. Conduct standard calculations to identify areas, elevation and volumes of field survey notes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in this field, minimum 12 years experience in roads, bridges and tunnels; an understanding of surveying technology and CAD programs, the ability to analyse and interpret graphical data, knowledge of planning and environmental regulations, strong communication, negotiating and presentation skills.
