Job description / Role
Objective: To provide support to the Project Management Team
Main Responsibilities:
1. Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
2. Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
3. Manage information technology and computer systems.
4. Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software.
5. Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access
6. Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in this field, minimum 10 years experience with Engineering Firms, fluent in Arabic & English with experience in MS Office Word, Excel and ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations and other computer applications.
