Job description / Role
Our Client is a recognized Project Management company, currently looking to hire a PROJECT MANAGER to expand their team in Dubai.
This position will report directly into the company directors and you will be responsible for:
* Coordination of all site disciplines.
* Full responsibility for ensuring that contractors comply with all Health and Safety requirements.
* Liaising with a full site team of consultants, construction managers; section managers; engineers; quantity surveyors.
* Producing and managing programs - long term / short term / detailed including the ability to report against any slippages / gains and propose mitigations where required.
* Overseeing the procurement process with the commercial department.
* Preparing and issuing Tender documentation and managing the complete tender procedure including issuing and logging of clarifications (RFIs) and replies, detailed analysing of tender submissions as well as preparing and issuing Review and Recommendation documents for client approval.
* Leading project meetings; attending all client meetings; and client facing in all aspects.
* Production of weekly/monthly progress reports.
* Delivering quality finished end product, to time and to budget.
Requirements
* Minimum 5-8 years experience.
* Industrial (warehouse type) projects as well as in FIT OUT, particularly in the F&B arena.
* Experience in HIGH RISE TOWER projects is a must
* Food processing facilities project experience will be beneficial.
* Experience in consulting and contracting will be beneficial.
* Construction Management.

* Design management.
* Civil Engineering.
* Middle East experience, Market and local authority Knowledge.
