Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objective:
To support Strategic Planning Manager in planning and executing critical initiatives and driving 5-year retail business plan forward to achieve set financial targets and key objectives.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct external and internal analysis to complete retail strategic growth initiatives.
* Work closely with Corporate & Strategic Planning Manager and relevant stakeholders to ensure that all business strategy analysis needs are addressed in a timely and accurate fashion.
* Develop and complete reports and presentation outlining recommendations.
* Support Brand Managers in development and execution of 5-year strategic growth plans for existing brands, wholesale division.
* Prepare comprehensive, accurate and up to date industry reports on periodical and ad-hoc basis.
* Collate and report lessons learned from initiative close-out reviews and update methodologies and training tools with relevant insights.

Requirements

* Currently enrolled or just completed Bachelors / advanced degree, in a business related discipline.
* Minimum of 1-3 years program / project management with a strong track record of analytical duties.
* Proficient with MS Project / other recognized project management tools.
* Extensive use of MS PowerPoint and Excel applications.
* High level of knowledge on performing market; analysis and developing business cases.
