Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Office Coordinator will work across the organisation to facilitate effective administration and office operating procedures related to the ongoing administrative effectiveness of the organisation.

Implement office and administrative policies and procedures. Running errands and performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Must have prior experience in an IT/Telecom company, and familiarity with the IT industry is a must.
- Prior experience in working with a start-up organisation would be an added advantage.
- The successful applicant must have strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Native Arabic speaker is preferred. Must be fluent in English and must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a small team of staff.
- Age not more than 35 years.
