Job description / Role
This role is for an Interior Designer with STRONG knowledge of either Commercial Office design OR Food and Beverage venue design.
Your job role will to take projects from initial client meetings where you will demonstrate your hand sketch and creative design skills all the way through to handing the keys to the client once you have managed the entire process with your team to assist you.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience of either boutique F&B or LARGE SCALE Commercial office space design.
Must speak English, Arabic is an advantage.
AutoCAD, Photoshop knowledge essential as well as strong skill set with 3D Studio Max.
Ideally already based in Dubai
Full Requirements.
Perform a range of design development, analysis or review tasks under minimal supervision
Act as a lead for various projects and be responsible for a portion of a design or section of an analysis or design review.
Generate complete design specifications on various projects.
Direct interface & liaison with estimators at all levels from quotation to final design & test activities, design reviews & technical working group meetings to comply with requirements and specifications.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum Requirements:
Vocational/technical training beyond high school and/or a B.S. in Civil, Construction Technology, or related degrees
2 years experience with AutoCAD and drafting
2 years experience with Photoshop
Excellent communication and analytical skills; working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs
Strong English language essential and other languages a bonus
