Employment: Full Time

Job Description
Establish, direct and lead a Performance Management & Rewards Centre of Excellence across the business.
Develops and implements the overall performance management function, including the identification of appropriate performance criteria and measures that are aligned to organizational objectives.
HR Performance Review and Development Responsible for the design, implement and monitor performance appraisal system and processes.
Develops and manages recognition and incentive programs for high potential employees.
Plan and formulate rewards and performance strategies aligned to business KPIs.
Act as internal performance management and rewards specialist to all business units globally.
Ensures that appraisal, development, and corrective action programs comply with local employment laws.
Design of base pay systems and modelling tools capabilities to manage performance related pay.
Create an effective and bespoke grading structure.
Annual incentive design and metrics to drive performance and culture of the business.
Transaction / turnaround incentive design responding to specific business needs.
Design of effective sales incentive for the sales force.
Pay benchmarking for all employees and at executive level.
Executive remuneration benchmarking and reward design.
Review and streamline existing work processes to improve work efficiency.
Consolidate the monthly reports for submission to Senior Management.
Mentoring and competency development to improve on staff morale to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and CCP/GRP Certified.
15 years of HR experience, of which minimum 10 years progressively responsible experience in a Performance Management, C&B / Rewards functions, preferably a corporate level role.
Candidate must have MNC experience.
5 years experience in FMCG industry is must.
Work experience in Hewitt or Watson Wyatt or Hay or Mercer would be definitely an advantage.
Strong statistical & analytical skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
Broad understanding of compensation theory, methodologies and practices.
Good understanding of tax and accounting implications of compensation, equity and benefit programs.
Strong Knowledge of Performance and Reward Management tools and techniques.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Strong judgment, decision making and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of and ability to analyze international remuneration requirements, legislation, regulatory requirements and competitive practices.
Excellent organization and prioritization skills; attention to detail and ability to multi-task
High level of personal and professional integrity
Strong leadership skills, able to handle tight deadlines and excel in a fast-paced environment
Independent and highly motivated individual and possess a high level of initiative.
Good written and spoken English & Arabic.
Must come with a proven track record of successful program implementation.
Extensive travel to Middle East and Africa.
