Contracting Fit Out Specialist - Interiors

Job description / Role

We have multiple clients urgently in need of project managers, operations managers, and installation managers for fit out projects and interior contracting work. Our clients are thriving on commercial, retail, and residential developments in the Gulf region, and they are looking for experienced managers to grow with their company. PREVIOUS FIT OUT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, do not apply if you do not have contracting fit out experience.

The CV should be clear and containing detailed career moves information mentioning the position, project type, name, location, and a brief detail of the responsibilities.

Duties:

-Preparation of the working drawings and the installation of all the interiors
-Preparation of working drawings for walls, ceilings, painting, and all related finishes
-Supervise and manage contracting teams in commercial and retail environments
-Flexible to travel around UAE or Qatar for work
-Gaining client approval for all materials and procurement of approved materials
-Discussing the design with the clients architect
-Planning and scheduling of work

Requirements

Qualifications:

-PREVIOUS FIT OUT EXPERIENCE or interior design work
-Experience with villas (or royalty projects) preferred
-Experience with retail environments preferred
-Western nationality
-Experience in the gulf region preferred
-Previous management experience with contracting work
-CVs submitted must meet layout/organization mentioned at top
