Our client is a very prominent, international educational establishment with campuses present in Europe and Asia. We are currently looking for a Corporate Partnership & Career Development Manager to join the region's academic site situated in Abu Dhabi.

The overall purpose of this role is to market, develop and connect the establishment's talented students and alumni with leading employers around the world.

The Corporate Partnership & Career Development Manager will be responsible for building a significant presence for the institution's scholars in the Middle East. This will be achieved through building relationships with organisations and corporations on an international level in order to promote the region's talent which will ultimately result in the employability of the establishment's alumni. Continuous engagement with both clients and students will contribute to the overall employment rate and reputation of the institution.

The key responsibilities of the role include: creating and implementing business development strategies for the Middle East in collaboration with the Interim Global Director of the CDC and creating a career programme to inform and connect academics with career opportunities in the region. Further accountabilities involve: marketing talent to potential employers through business development, events, marketing and communication whilst building valuable relationships with them.

Requirements

The successful candidate must constantly strive to develop and maintain their knowledge in regards to the region's culture, current economical trends and regional corporate sectors, etc. We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual with an entrepreneurial approach who is comfortable interacting with students as well as senior level executives. Therefore, the candidate must preserve impeccable communication skills whilst having the ability to think strategically.

A Masters degree in business or related field is preferred along with 6-8 years of experience in top performance key account sales, marketing or business development. It is vital that the candidate has experience working within a corporate environment in the Middle East and is capable working in a fast moving international environment.

You must have exceptional English skills along with excellent IT competencies. Knowledge of Arabic would be advantageous yet not mandatory.
