Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a British, European or American female customer service and sales professional with first class communications skills.
You will be required, amongst other duties, to effectively manage and respond efficiently and swiftly to a very busy stream of incoming enquiries. Must have excellent English writing skills with perfect grammar and spelling ability. We pride ourselves on delivering excellence in all our communications channels. As the first point of contact for the business you will be representing the company with your own personal response to each and every enquiry. We require someone with English as their mother tongue with an excellent telephone manner and minimum typing speed 50wpm. Personality is a key requisite to excel in this role. We are looking for a confident, friendly, warm interactive female who will enjoy engaging and liaising with our clients, understanding their varying requirements and needs.
Intense scheduling is a huge part of this role, you will need to have calendar management and appointment booking experience to manage our bookings system for a team of 7 tennis coaches. You must be from a Customer Service/Client Management background preferably with retail experience. If you also have experience working with parents and children in an activity/sports or school environment we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

Requirements:
Naturally sales motivated - a polished sales professional who has business acumen and proven ability to convert enquiries.
Confident using MS Office Software/Outlook and have the skills to produce basic spreadsheets with the ability to draft business documentation/emails to a very high standard.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail. You will need to be meticulous and extremely thorough in carrying out tasks. You will be responsible for managing the influx of daily amendments and rescheduling in order to retain lessons.
At least 3 years work experience in a front line customer service management role, preferably within a sales support/administrative related capacity.
Polite, persuasive and professional communication with ability to deal with complaints if they arise.
Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with power to prioritize and multi-task who works well in a team environment but also can work independently with minimum supervision.
Analytical and problem solving skills to handle the diverse issues created through handling direct customer accounts. With many requests and changes to appointments being requested daily, you will assist in offering solutions.
Ideally we would like someone with some sports administration/tennis experience. Preference will be given to these candidates.
