Employment: Full Time

My client is a multinational FMCG company with offices based in Cairo and all throughout the GCC.

They are looking for a team assistant to join their newly established offices to help with all office management and administration.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a personal assistant to the General manager, deal with all diary and travel arrangements, scheduling meetings.
- Order all office supplies and deal with delivery of all goods
- Help with general administration e.g filing, faxing, photocopying etc

Requirements

Skills and Experience:
- Must be based in Cairo
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English
- Must have experience in a similar office management, PA or team assistant position.
- FMCG sector experience would be a plus, but is not essential
