The Company:
An award-winning leading full-service live communications company based in the heart of Dubai Media City offering services in corporate events, exhibitions, concerts, brand activations, incentives, creative sampling etc.
The Role:
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Department: Sales
Reports to: Sales Director
Direct Reports: Sales Executives
Compensation Package: 15,000 AED + an attractive commission scheme reaching up to 25,000 AED monthly
Job Summary: To achieve sales targets, expand the business and manage a team of sales executives
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising and Communications (Media) or any related course.
3-5 years UAE experience preferably in an Events, Advertising or Activations agency
Experience supervising or mentoring sales executives.
Must be well versed both in English and Arabic, presentable, confident, sales-driven and target-oriented.
Major Responsibilities:
Respond to sales enquiries and proactively sell venues to new clients.
Proactive account management of existing clients to grow revenue.
Actively seek and support marketing opportunities for revenue growth.
Supervise enquiry handling process to ensure effective conversion rate.
Monitor the performance of the sales team.
Development of individuals within the team.
Collaborate with other departments and operational staff to ensure a high quality of services delivered.
Liaise with the facilities team to ensure that venues are set up read to the clients specifications.
Analyze sales activity to inform business decisions.
Provide regular financial reports to senior management team.
Management of client contracts and paperwork.
Input to and keep up-to-date the database of clients and prospective clients to maintain a reliable database.
Monitor and regularly review competitors to ensure that the company remains competitive in the industry.
