Industry leading bakery business requires an excellent commercial professional to be responsible for the development of new markets within the GCC. Strong salary package and benefits attached to this role!

Our client is well known within the region for manufacturing and producing exceptional bakery products. They have excellent relationships with a number of customers across the UAE & Oman and are increasing their footprint across the GCC with this appointment. Reporting into the General Manager for the business you will be given autonomy and responsibility to effectively raise sales revenues across new markets whilst being given all the tools and investments needed to be successful.

Requirements

This role will be based in Muscat. However, you must have F&B experience and ideally have an understanding on both short shelf life and frozen products.
It is essential that you have previous experience of working over two or more regions within the GCC and understand how to open, establish and manage new markets and the distributors within them. As this role will mean working closely with Arab nationals it is requested by our client that only Arabic speakers apply for this role.

Opening new markets from scratch can be daunting and frustrating. As such, we are only seeking passionate, resilient, influential commercial professionals who have the desire and determination to succeed. The business also holds strong ethical standards and are looking for a true representative of their vision and values for this role, someone who can perform to high levels yet with a degree of consistency without ethical compromise. Further more, you will have strong financial acumen as well as distributor management skills.
