Job description / Role
Consolidating 6 months rolling forecast of all MEA countries, check consistency and conformity with forecast rules such as frozen zone ,
Contributing actively to plan the production of contract manufacturer and define production priorities.
Regular follow up of production output
Elaborating monthly dispatch plan from the contract manufacturer to the countries
Monitoring the performance of contract manufacturer by tracking appropriate KPIs.
Taking corrective actions in areas where performance falls below the required target.
Working together with the global supply chain team to optimize ordering according to the production windows,
Working closely with the countries to optimize the replenishment taking in consideration MOQ, lead-time, impact on working capital.
Supporting local Supply chain team in each country to optimize inventory level and enhance customer service.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management or an equivalent education and/or Supply Chain industry experience.
2-4 years work experience in relevant field, preferably in production.
Solid knowledge in supply chain in a manufacturing environment, especially within FMCG industry
Strong analytical skills and effective inter-personal skills.
Solid command of MS Office. SAP knowledge will be advantageous
Demonstrated knowledge of MRP, production, planning, procurement and inventory management.
This position is based in Dubai.
