Job description / Role
A leading Fit Out company is currently seeking a BDM for their Dubai branch. UAE Experience not essential
The Role:
Assess target markets, intelligence gathering on customers and competitors, focus on increasing brand awareness and bringing new customers.
Sell and manage the projects, and services. Implement the companys sales and marketing strategy, identify and qualify leads while consistently closing business in order to meet or exceed the sales budget.
Work towards achieving the companies financial and growth goals.
Requirements
Degree Educated
Minimum 5 years experience
Related industry know-how and experience
Sales presentation capability
Knowledge of local customs and business practices
Ability to: Create and maintain relationship with key real estate agents, developers, interior suppliers, A&D community, facilities managers and project managers, and other business people
