Job description / Role
Our client, an international Fit Out company with a large presence in the UAE are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Dubai based team. Our client has secured a pipeline of large scale projects for 2014, particularly in the sectors of hospitality, commercial and retail fit out.
Reporting to the Operations Director your duties include but are not limited to;
- Preparation of Tender Documents, BOQs, Estimates and Budgets
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and site measurements
- Preparation of monthly cost and value reports
- Project cost monitoring and control
- See over all technical aspects and keep the operations director informed
Requirements
Candidate should meet the below criteria as a minimum;
- Degree educated
- Minimum 5 years Middle East Fit Out experience
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Hospitality and Retail experience is a must
- Package will be negotiated dependent on experience
