Employment: Full Time

AIM OF THE POSITION

Follows up the Commercial process from the reception of a customers request for Quotation to the fulfillment of the business sale, following up these sub-processes: Offer preparation, Purchase Order Entry and Follow up.
Supports the commercial function to sell products and services according to the annual budget, meeting with the clients and developing new businesses and orders.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Accountabilities:

- Executes the Offer Management Process by monitoring compliance of ratios.
- Executes the Contract Review Process and makes sure to inform or solve any discrepancy between the Offer and Order is solved.
- Oversees order processing procedures, ensuring that they are responsive and synchronized to client requirements, develops an integrated order entry capability and ensures real time order tracking.
- Ensures that the reports to support the business are executed as needed (such as claims, deliveries, stocks).
- Provides Customer Service Assistance with relevant information in order to reply to customers requests.
- Loads commercial information into the systems when required once the sale/s has been informed and formalized to the company.
- Supports the commercial function, developing opportunities of sales and services.
- Maintains and increases technical and commercial regular relationships with Engineering Companies (clients) and owners (Oil Companies) to meet their requirements. Provides information on final quotation based on management requirements.
- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
- Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

Requirements

Level of Education: University

Specialization / Career: Mainly Engineering. Could be also Technical/Business careers less preferrable

Ideal range of previous working experience: 3 - 5 years

Industry/Company/Position: Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing, Industrial, Logistics, Engineering

Working timetable (from ... to ...): Open

English Language: High Advance

Other Language: Arabic native, French as a nice to have

Mobility (Relocation availability): Travelling, 3/4 days per month (Alexandria and North Africa)

Personal characteristics: Dynamic, flexible, team player, very good communication skills. A person that has the entrepreneurship approach and at the same time able to follow the small details of the commercial operation and order follow up.

Specific Knowledge: Previous experience preferably in a multinational, deals with clients, experience in sales and/or execution of client orders

Certifications / IT skills: Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP as a plus.
