Employment: Full Time

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Valuations Manager for an International Property Management company, who have recently set up operations in East Africa.

The successful Valuations Manager will be responsible for the following:

Recruit, supervise, coach and be responsible for a team of valuers to undertake capital and rental valuation assignments for different interests of real estate properties and various types such as; residential, commercial and industrial.
Estimating property value by providing appraisals and consultations, researching and analysing property information, reconciling various indicators and preparing the appraisal report..
Identifies value to be estimated by studying appraisal request, problem to be solved and scope of the project, such as mortgage financing, insurance replacement cost calculation and estate valuation.
Determine valuations methods by selecting approach and techniques to valuate properties.
Accomplish company goals
Inspect and investigate all aspects of buildings and land properties to identify and understand property characteristics to determine their values.

Requirements

The ideal Valuations Manager will have the following background:

Proved managerial skills
Comprehensive network of Blue Chip contacts across East Africa
More than 7 year experience is required.
University graduate in a relevant discipline.
