Construction Manager - UK National

Our client is a large construction company that is one of the top 20 contractors in the world, serving over 40 countries. They are currently seeking an experienced construction manager for the Riyadh Metro Project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is part of an exciting multi-billion dollar project that will help create a brand new metro system for Riyadh.

Due to visa restrictions our client MUST have a UK national or UK passport.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage the scope of work of allocated projects and complete them within time, budget and cash targets.
- Coordinate all activities for the allocated scope incl. engineering, procurement logistics, technical advisory for erection and commissioning.
- Develop overall project schedules and apply project-specific procedures, project quality plans, EHS plans and management systems.
- Prepare and execute regular updates of project reports.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Civil Engineering degree.
- UK national.
- 15+ years experience
- Previous metro/rail/subway experience.
- Must have civil engineering degree.
- Previous GCC experience preferred.
- Civil Engineering experience.
