Job description / Role
SENIOR CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR INTERVIEWS IN DOHA NOW
Major Building Contractor in Doha requires a Senior Contracts Administrator/ Commercial Manager to be based immediately on a 2.2 Billion QAR Mixed use development in central Doha Qatar .
You will be taking over from an existing manager thats relocating out of Doha so there is an urgency on getting the right person in the hot seat asap.
The right individual will have strong commercial and contractual experience in managing and representing the business across all aspects of a live construction project.
You will be writing contractual letters to suppliers & consultants on behalf of the JV Business.
Managing a team of quantity surveyors that are handling various subcontract packages.
Requirements
Interviews are to be held from now until the 7th of September
Our client wants to see someone that is aged from 35- 45 Years of Age with 15 Years Postgraduate experience
Degree Educated / MRICS
12 Months GCC experience as a minimum
Western Nationality
Core experience with Building & Civil Engineering Contractors
Able to commence employment in Doha before Mid October 2014
The package on offer will range from 50-57,000 QAR plus flights , bonus & medical .
This role will best suit someone on a single status due to long working hours and commitments of the job .
