Job description / Role
Set up professional franchise division creating a business plan and proposition of the brand.
Responsible for a plan of new opening units as per the yearly development plan.
Independently acquire & vet new clients and potential franchise partners.
Adherence to terms and conditions of each franchise agreement.
Maximize sales and expansion opportunities, and ensuring that standards are met as well delivering sales / profit targets.
Map KSA Territories and identify potential markets.
Plan the distribution and logistics process.
Submit proper reporting on merchandising and pricing in line with desired marketplace.
Ensure protection of the brand through compliance with the legal agreement and trading terms and conditions.
Create development growth plan for every Sub-franchise and do the proper implementation.
Manage relationship with existing franchisees
Work/Meet with franchisees on a Weekly/Fortnightly basis reviewing exist business relation, sales trends, financial transactions and general communication issues.
Ensure protection of the brand through compliance with the legal agreement and trading terms and conditions.
Requirements
Report to General Manager.
Below 40 Years Old.
5+ years experience in the same field.
Uses fluently English and Arabic Languages.
Arabic nationality preferable and Saudi nationality on the top of the choices.
This function is only for male candidates.
Preferably with experience in Saudi market in particular and GCC market in general.
If candidate is expat then should have transferable residence in Saudi Arabia.
Salary package will be desired according to candidate qualifications and market range of salaries.
Bachelor degree is must, Master in BA is preferred.
