Employment: Full Time

An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Design Professional to join the largest construction business in the Middle East. This position will develop and manage Engineering Training BIM plan to be implemented in each technical trade and support the department up to date on BIM techniques using one or more BIM applications. This position will be reporting to Senior BIM Manager.

Job responsibilities include:
- Plan training matrix to help employees improve technically and professionally.
- Review new employees at least twice in their first year and all other employees-annually within two weeks of their review date.
- Ensure the drafting output is of sufficient quality and quantity to minimize shop and field labor costs.
- Activate recognize and reward employees regularly for new ideas, improvement in their performance and/or technical skills.
- Manage Training teams on Revit / Navisworks / AutoCAD with related to coordination at Projects.
- Provide training and seminars among the technical teams Appling various BIM tools such as Revit / Navisworks / AutoCAD.
- Maintain relationship with other trades and coordinate for proper manuals and handouts.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering discipline Civil or Architectural.
- Certifications in Autodesk related products such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D & Revit. (compulsory)
- Knowledge or certification of latest software (e.g. SAP, ETABS, MS-Office, MS-Project, MS-Visio, Navisworks Manager, 3D Max, Photoshop, etc.) Or other programs for graphical design drafting purposes. (preferable but not compulsory)

Total of seven (7) years minimum of BIM & CADD related experiences that should include:
- Minimum five (5) years experience as BIMM Support.
- Minimum seven (7) years experience as Training Manager.
- Minimum five (5) years of Design / technical related experiences in supervisory level.
- Experience in using the Latest AutoCAD and other Architectural / Structural software or programs (e.g. Revit, 3DMax, Photoshop, etc.) for e-manual and handouts purposes.
- Fluency in English and/or Arabic language.
