Employment: Full Time

Salary: AED 50,000 60,000

A well-established food and beverage business are going through an expansion phase in Saudi and Bahrain and are looking to head up their new store openings. They will oversee all operations and support functions. They will be responsible to collaborate with the COO / CEO to develop corporate and operational strategies. The CM provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with the senior management to develop and accomplish goals and strategic plans established by board members.
Lead and direct the following functions and / or business units: Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Information Systems, Purchasing & supply Chain.
Assist the leadership team in the development of organizational policies, goals that cover operations and financial performance, as well as growth of the functions and / or business units.
Participate in the development and preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based upon broad organizational goals and objectives. Recommend their adoption to the COO / CEO.
Responsible for capital planning and expenditures.
Responsible for driving the company to achieve sales, profitability, cash flow, business goals and objectives.
Direct internal operations to achieve budgeted results and other financial criteria, and to preserve the capital funds invested in the enterprise.
Direct the development and installation of procedures and controls in conjunction with the department heads to promote communication and adequate information flow.
Develop and establish operating policies and procedures consistent with the COMPANYS broad policies and objectives. Appraise and evaluate the results of the overall operations regularly and systematically, and report these results to the COO / CEO.
Motivate and lead a high performance management team.
Mentor direct reports to cultivate skills and to increase consciousness of the interrelationship between each department in the organization.
Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors and all aspects of Cravias market.
Establish key performance indicators for his direct reports.

Requirements

The successful candidates will have:
Bachelor's Degree.
10+ years of experience in a leadership role in the Food and beverage Industry preferably with an international franchise.
Management experience and financial knowledge are required.
Excellent command of English and Arabic.
