Employment: Full Time

As a Recruitment staffing specialist you will be part an important part of a highly visible regional recruitment team that seeks to deliver best quality external talent for businesses and countries based on planned hires and business priorities. Working as part of a high volume performance team, your key responsibilities include:
- Edit job description for compliance and for Regional Employee Value Proposition
- Manage vacancy creation and post compliant job openings
- Create and manage job opening templates
- Ensure all compliance requirements are executed (eg postings, processes, recordkeeping and reporting) 100% compliant for wing-to-wing process
- Manage all interview logistics within set SLAs and performance expectations
- Contact candidates first to determine scheduling availability within 1-2 business days
- Schedules candidate interview based on availability and in compliance with global standards within 3 business days. Handle travel arrangements.
- Assures that standard candidate interview information is given out that includes general business/facility information and any other information helpful for on-site visit
- Communicates candidate scheduling details, and updates to HM, HRM, Recruiter and candidate
- Assure that candidate application is collected, informs HRM of any Red Flag items
- Updates OHR based on background check completion date
- Assures disposition of candidates and update of status in ATS
- Generates request/approval for offer; gathers approvals (HM, HRM, etc.)
- Create Offer Letters/contract within one (1) business day of compliant request
- Send approved Offer Letters and required materials to candidate within 1 business day.
- Proactively manage the back ground check with an external vendor
- Initiate Background Check upon receipt of written acceptance (includes updating and follow-up communications).
- Updates Hiresystems / ATS upon background check clearance
- Process candidate expenses / reimbursement
- Trigger on-boarding record feed

Highly organised and efficient with the proven ability to arrange complex interview and meeting schedules across several time-zones and geographies

Expert in Microsoft packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
