Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Administration and Maintenance of User Access Control Profiles for all the systems in ADCB, ensuring service levels are adhered and user requests are responded, whilst ensuring that the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information is maintained.

Resolves remedy requests within the specified Service Level Agreements.
Acquires problem management system ticket and case. Informs user and assigns case ID to the relevant support staff. In a high priority case directly contacts support staff on issue, informs management and closes case by following through.
Escalates issues to IT Service Desk manager as required.
Coordinates with IT units for ticket assignment and systems issues.
Provide users access to data repositories or grant authorization to systems, and network applications based on a unique user identity, and an approved ticket.
Manages the user access controls associated with shared computer systems and networks.
Assists users in using the Banks information systems including setting up initial password and guiding the users to access systems
Processes requests to grant computer or system privileges according to the relevant SOPs
Assist the supervisor in establishing, refining procedures and other IT processes to detect errors and inconsistencies.
Process all requests for new hardware and software. Assists in updating asset inventory of the Bank.
Broadcast Technology Group memos bank-wide by email as directed.
Uploads of circulars onto the ADCB memo portal for inclusion on the website and broadcast presence to all users.
Coordinate between all IT units and users
Coordinate with third party vendors in resolving issues related to user access.
Provide assistance in closing audit findings related to access control management, password requirements to close them on a timely basis.
Undertake similar or related tasks or duties as directed by senior management.

Requirements

Graduate or equivalent with at least 1 year experience in similar IT environment.

Candidates with Certifications such as ITIL, MCSE, Security+, CompTIA Security+, Security 5, CCNA is preferable.

Excellent Communication skills are mandatory.

Must be a team player.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
