Job description / Role
Minimum ten (10) years experience in dealing with major highway, expressway, road and railway construction projects.
Experience in claims/arbitration procedures and methods are a requirement. Experience in the planning of major projects with particular emphasis on the utilization of computer programs such as Primavera or equally capable program for the planning and tracking of similar projects is a requirement. This person will also provide assistance to the team during negotiations, arbitration, or any other forms of dispute resolution.
