We are looking for an HR Business Partner to be responsible for developing Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

The key accountability of this position are:

- Involved with recruiting and staffing logistics.
- Performance Management and Improvement Systems.
- Organization development and of interventions.
- Employee orientation, development, and training.
- Policy development and documentation.
- Employee relations and employee communication.
- Employee engagement and retention.
- Compensation and benefits administration.
- Mentoring and coaching.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA (HR) / MHRM/ PGDM (HR)/ Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from a recognized University
- Basic knowledge of principles and practices of HR.
Desirable:
- Proficient in MS Office Applications especially in Excel.

EXPERIENCE
- 3 to 6 years of experience as a HR Generalist preferably in FMCG Industry.

SKILLS AND SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
- Excellent communication Skills and Team Work Skills.
- Result driven.
- Presentable and Courteous.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- High Follow up and Organizational Skills.
- Ability to do multi-task and meet high pressure demands and tight deadlines.
