Contracts and Purchasing Team Manager - Civil, Infrastructure, Rail Projects

Job description / Role

Salary: up to 32K plus Family Package benefits

Based in the UAE, our client is seeking an experienced Contracts and Purchasing to effectively managing the overall all contracts and purchasing functions for the company including developing strategic plans and budgets as well as implementing controls and policies to ensure that these are adhered to.

Your experience in the overall management of tender preparation and contracts, including all pre-qualification, negotiations and documentation will be essential. Along with the set up and establishment you will also be responsible for the claims management and contract closing of projects.

Your relationships skills will be put to the test as you manage suppliers, contractors, stakeholders, consultants and so on. Being analytical in nature you will also enjoy drawing up reports for procurement and quarterly performance reports for the Purchasing and Procurement departments.

Requirements

Responsibilities in Include:

Manage and oversee the preparation and implementation of tenders, contracts.
Manage the purchasing, control and documents of product supply.
Management of the inventory and stores.
Develop operational plans and strategies.
Supplier and contract management.
Management of closing of all contracts.

Requirements:

Previous contracts and purchasing experience ideally in Infrastructure, Rail projects.
Bachelors Degree in BA, Finance.
7 Years Related Experience years.
Analytical and detail oriented.
Ability to motivate, engage and coach others.
MUST BE ARABIC NATIONAL.
