Employment: Full Time

Based in the United Arab Emirates, you will partner with senior leadership across various regions in order to support in the development and growth of this business. Naturally all facets of HR will fall under your responsibility, including talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits and payroll - the entire life cycle of the employee. This role is both strategic and operational, you will need to demonstrate the ability to think long term as well as the willingness to be hands on when required.

Salary: 25,000 AED - 30,000 AED

Requirements

Strong leadership and influencing skills are essential for a role like this, you will need to adapt your style to different cultures and personalities. A high level of communication ability is also a must, and you will need to be a keen problem solver who can think fast and operate effectively under pressure.

Our client is looking for the very best talent, and a track record of success within the HR function of a major multinational is essential. You will possess a Degree in Business Administration or HR and have operated within a generalist role at some point in your career.
