Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading hospitality chain who have a constant focus on quality and service delivery. Our client is looking to hire an Operations Manager for their central reservations call centre to ensure service standards are met.
This role will involve recruiting, training and managing a large contact centre team to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction. You will be accountable for the operations and running of the team along with target setting and service reviews. You will communicate with senior contacts internally as well as key partners of the group who have continued repeat business. In addition, you will keep up to date with all offers, services and rates of each property and ensure this knowledge is transferred to the team.
Requirements
- The successful candidate should have experience in a similar role coupled with exposure to a contact, inbound call centre.
- You should be a strong leader with a strategic approach and success in working to budgets and targets.
- Previous ability in training teams and delivering service is key and extensive knowledge of the hospitality field is essential.
- This is a corporate level role however flexibility in working hours is required in order to accommodate the 24/7 operation.
