Senior Project Manager Urban Infrastructure PMC Consultancy Appointment

My client is a major PMC and as is appointed to a major Government funded development in Doha. The scheme is a major defense project faculty with a build program extending for another 5 years. The scale of the project is huge and will include basically a new town. As such we require a Senior Project Manager with key experience in District Cooling, Underground Utilities, water, sewerage, water treatment, sub stations, minor roads, landscaping. We have an appointment to work as Senior Project Manager on the key Infrastructure aspects of the master program.

The role will cover;

Client Representative.
Construction & Logistics Management.
Design & Concept Planning Coordination.
Progress Monitoring and Reporting.
HSE & QA/QC Monitoring.
Technical Reports.
Construction Management.
Leading Site Supervision Team.
Local Authority Liaison (NOCs, permits, commissioning and handover)
Technical / Engineering Reports.
Budget Requests, commercial input.
Program Review, Monitoring and Reporting.
Weekly & Monthly Progress Meetings.
Submittal Review / Design Coordination.

Package is to 55k QR per month plus healthcare and excellent prospects and working environment.

Requirements

We are looking ideally with 18 years experience+.
Arabic Speaker highly advantageous.
Candidates should be Degree Qualified in Civil Engineering and PMP , MICE, MAPM.
You will have ideally major experience in working for a PMC, or major international contractor with the Civil / Infra environment., covering; District Cooling, Roads, Underground Utilities, Water, Etc.
