Job description / Role
1. Acting as contract Manager to responsible for controlling contract variation, billing management, contract close or termination management in one or some specific projects.
2. Responsible for monitoring and managing contract fulfillment progress information, supporting information inquiry and abnormal problem handling, providing the one-stop information service from order to cash for all contracts/purchase order of one specific client.
3. Responsible for creating the billing trigger plan and maintain it with project manager according to updated project schedule for all projects/purchase order of one specific client..
4. Maintain customer relationship
6. Evaluated by key performance index, internal client satisfaction and external client satisfaction.
Requirements
MBA/LLB/LLM
At least 5 years of working experience , preferably in telecom sector
Additional certification/qualification into the relevant filed shall have additive advantage
Complete understanding of bidding processes
Good understanding of contract terms and risk management
Excellent skills and experience in contract negotiations
Excellent communication skills, Fluent in English
Handled million dollars projects
Good understanding of INCOTERMS/Business Models
Excellent understanding of telecom Projects/processes
