JOB DESCRIPTION:
DPQ has an exciting new position open for a media savvy, PR addict that wants to be part of an ambitious and growing boutique communications agency.
As PR Director, you will be responsible for overseeing client accounts and the PR and Marketing team. You should be well versed in planning and building PR campaigns in addition to executing successful campaigns with real results.
As a senior member of the team, it is expected you will contribute to the growth of DPQ communications not only through business development, but through commitment to the agency's vision.
Requirements
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and direct the PR and marketing team.
Keep abreast of the Middle East media landscape.
Maintain a strong relationship with media outlets.
Ensure communication strategies are on message and in-line with client brand values.
Produce and publish mass communications with email blasts and marketing campaigns.
Oversee and manage the development and implementation of new media and social media strategies.
Document presence of companies at events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
Collaborate with marketing to develop advertising, marketing and promotion plans.
Edit and revise content as necessary.
Drive to achieve outlined results and budgets.
Pitch and secure new business.
Manage the retention of PR clients.
