Sr. Manager - IT Infrastructure

A major client of Florence International Consulting is seeking a Sr. Manager for IT Operations/Support/Service Delivery to be added to their team. The following are the responsibilities:
Service Support: Responsible for development and implementation of incident process managements
Service Delivery: Capacity management plan. SLAs, KPIs and dealing with IT Vendors
Infrastructure Management
Information Security, compliance and governance with regards to IT standards
People management of over 15 people directly and indirectly
Working budgets (Capex: SAR 10M+ -- Opex: SAR 10M+)
Minimum 10 years of experience within IT
