Senior Project Manager/ Project Director

Our client is a major Saudi Arabian Building Contractor who employs a significant number of western expats on their projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Established for over 40 years they have constructed many high profile projects in the Kingdom in the commercial, residential and medical sectors.

They have number of projects under construction with individual contract values well in excess of a billion dollars.

They require a senior project manager to take responsibility for a 750 million dollar military project in Najran and Abha in Saudi Arabia.

The project will consist of the construction of two military training camps including barrack construction, residential units and other military specific training facilities.
The project will be mainly subcontracted so only a core team of professional will represent the contractor on the project. The senior project manager will report to the divisional head in the main office in Riyadh

Requirements

Requirements:
You will have a minimum of 15 years experience.
Arabic speaking
Experience in military construction an advantage although not essential
Experience in KSA would be beneficial
