Job description / Role
Our client is a large international contractor, and they have recently been awarded one of the largest mixed-use development projects in the GCC.
They are currently looking to bring on board a new Project Director who can overlook the project.
The candidate will be involved in the overall project management of the project, internally and externally, including:
- Daily and weekly internal meetings
- Coordination meetings with Client, Consultants, JV Partner, and Subcontractors.
- Weekly & monthly presentations.
- Controlling project schedule, costs and expenditures, and working to maximize profitability.
- Reports to Senior Management on the progress of the projects.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 15+ years industry experience;
- GCC experience;
- Has previously worked for a multinational contractor;
