Job description / Role
Perform the role of Quantity Surveyor based on project site responsible for all quantity survey and contractual matters related to the execution of the construction contract including but not limited to payment certificates, claims, variation orders, etc.
Requirements
MEP experience with a main contractor background PQS with at least 15 years in the industry. Must be able to communicate as needs to argue contractual disputes and prepare delay notices, EoT claims, L&E claims.
