Job description / Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Analyst. It is essential you have experience of working in the banking sector and have the following skill set: -
Key requirements:
- Good communication & process awareness but primarily network domain knowledge.
- Good technical background in IBM & AIX domains & also other domains such as networks would be a plus.
- Able to support a variety of platforms.
- Strong Infrastructure back ground.
- We need a technical analysts who can take ownership of a problem or many problems and work with technical teams across multiple domains to get to the root cause & drive problems to closure.
- The key point is ability to think across domains. People with experience working on problem tickets (instead of incident tickets).
