Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

In-House Recruiter (3 months)

Main responsibilities: Pipelining, Relationship building with the hiring managers and candidates, Candidate Interviews, Knowledge about the UAE labour law & culture.
Will be hiring for both permanent and contractual/project-based roles.
Experienced in recruiting for finance or consultancy positions (they have Finance Analyst team).
Successful candidate will be reporting to the Human Capital Director in the UAE.

Requirements

Should possess at least 3+ years of recruitment experience.
Preference is given to someone with with Qatar, Saudi, Turkey and UAE experience(specifically within the finance/consultancy field).
Fluency in English is a must.
