Operations Manager

On behalf of our client a multinational award winning bespoke travel firm with office all across the globe we are looking to recruit a Operations Manager. You will be responsible for managing a team of Team Leaders and Account Managers in the areas of recruitment, training and coaching, manage supplier procurement planning and execution for the Middle East and Qatar, be responsible for general office management and facilities which includes the sourcing of stationary and supplies and deal with any escalated customer care issues.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be fluent in English, computer literate to a high level, have 3 years experience managing a service delivery team of at least 6-8 people, have experience in working in the travel sector with the booking of flights, hotels and other reservations. Knowledge of establishing a branch would be advantageous.
