At present one of our key clients requires Mill Manager for their operations in Nigeria responsible for the entire production facility, ensuring that all qualitative and quantitative targets are hit.

The Mill Manager will be responsible for bringing the mill to maximum capacity and making sure that it is sustainable.

The key responsibilities of the Mill Manager:
Oversee all aspects of production including; operational performance, quality assurance, production planning and labour management.
Liaise with suppliers and distributors ensuring that the mill is able to provide customers with products at all time.
Work closely with the Engineering Manager in order to ensure that planned maintenance does not have detrimental effects on the production level.

What we look for in excellent candidates:
At least 10 years in wheat, flour or maize milling is essential.
Must have a proven background in mill management and operations.
A minimum of a bachelors degree from a respected university
Previous international experience will be looked upon favorably, West Africa experience is preferable.
