Employment: Full Time

This position is with the Boeing Saudi Arabia Limited, Shared Services Group, International Business Support to support Boeing entities in Saudi Arabia. The Receptionist will reports to the Business Support Manager of Boeing Saudi Arabia Limited, Riyadh.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

Greets, screens and directs visitors at company sites to specific locations and offices.
Issues badges and passes to visitors authorized to enter company property, acts as focal for receipt and delivery of mail including express packages, and provide general company location and policy information to inquirers.
Applies appropriate protocol, discretion, and diplomacy when assisting such visitors as government officials, company, customers, and the media, and shows sensitivity to the culture and customs of local and foreign visitors.
Participates on team tasks to improve office and reception processes, documents reception conditions, and implements changes.
Manage incoming and needed outgoing phone calls and access to/from office of office occupants and visitors in accordance with office safety and security policies and procedures.
Provide office support for business travelers and travelers requiring general/emergency assistance, also by providing assistance with flight booking and transportation arrangements.
Schedule use of conference rooms; keep track of office occupants including all visitors. Document office visitor traffic.
Guide visitors to some office safety measures.
Perform proficient communications with customers and business partners (via all office communication channels) to effectively support office activities.
Provide general office assistant support to in-office management and business administration personnel as required, including taking care of post office activities and small office supplies purchases in nearby stores, manage office stationary and kitchen supplies including stock holding and ordering, and other tasks as instructed by the manager. Maintaining office inventory listing, coordinating the updates in cooperation with the Business Support Manager.
Making all necessary arrangements for internal business meetings (in coordination with concerned focal)
Assisting in selected functions such as scanning, photocopying and filing documents.
Other duties as assigned by management including coordinating with Facility Management Company.

Requirements

Competencies:

Ability to work in team, Precision, accuracy and meticulousness in performing assigned tasks.
At times, flexibility in working hours to support international time zone requirements.
Proficiency in the operation of office equipment.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
Understanding of basic accounting is a plus. Prior experience in a multinational environment in a similar position is a plus.

Qualifications and Experience:

High School Diploma and 5 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Benefits and pay will be determined at the local level and are not part of the Boeing U.S. based payroll, and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable KSA law. Candidate must be willing to work, at times, flexible schedule and support international phone calls during off hours. Some local/international travel may be required.
