Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Reports to the Project Controls Manager.
- Leads the planning activities on assigned project from development of the contract schedule through schedule control and regular progress monitoring and reporting.
- Keep record of all interface points with third parties from a schedule stand point and identify conflicts if they occur.
- Develops and monitors project resource requirements in relation to the project schedule.
- Performs regular critical path / delay analysis on the schedule, identity potential delays and report areas of concern to the project management team with appropriate recommendations.
- Evaluate the impact of instructed and/or potential changes on the project schedule.
- Perform schedule risk analysis, implement risk mitigation plans into the schedule and identify schedule impact.
- Lead the process of developing the tender schedule for the EPC contract in coordination with the cost estimating team.
- Represents the company in schedule-related meetings with the Client and other project parties.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 12-15 years of planning/scheduling experience, with minimum 5 years in a similar leading role.
- Regional EPC experience is preferred.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Proficient PC skills including proficiency in various Project Controls software and Microsoft Office Suite. Must have potential to perform in a lead capacity, as well as familiarity with industry practices.
